As my church begins it's new series titled, Peace I am compelled to reflect on what peace looks like in my life. I suspect that for many victims, peace is an uncharted water. You think you know peace and you think you know where to find it or how to secure it, but you might be looking in the wrong direction. I personally came by this lesson in my relationship with God - but putting peace in ones life is a valuable and difficult lesson for all victims. So, from me to you - another video.

I definitely have seen the seeking and sabotaging concept in my life for a very long time. I was truly moved by your comment to ‘stop being angry…it’s not their job.’ Great video blog. It certainly made me think about who I turn to for validation. It does become clear as you ‘be peace,’ which people in your life thrive on the conflict, and which delight in the absence of it. And while sometimes conflict and chaos happens even when we try to ‘be peace,’ coming out of that chaos takes much less time and has far fewer casualties since I stopped being a ‘nomad advocate.’ What you are doing here is brave and inspiring. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Elizabeth! You are so right about the increased ease of resolving conflict, once we've put this practice in place. Thanks for the very kind words of support and even more your participation.
